# 2FA - Options and Enrollment Instructions for Google

<span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);">`If you want to use the Gmail or Google app on your personal phone, you would select Google prompt.`</span>

<span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);">`If you want to use an authentication program, you would select Authenticator.`</span>
